Individual Assistance

Heipa District has allocated funds for cash assistance to adult District members to respond to the negative economic impact of the Covid-19 public health emergency.

Youth Assistance

Heipa District has allocated funds for cash assistance to youth District members to respond to the negative economic impact of the Covid-19 public health emergency.

Dependent Adult Assistance

Dependent adults with specific mental or physical disabilities that keep them from doing everyday activities or protecting themselves qualify for cash assistance, and parents, custodial parents, and legal guardians must apply. In addition, incarcerated District members may have a Power of Attorney apply.
