Motion 5 by Tammie Dumarce, second Helena LaBatte, question Elly LaBelle for option one for district days: $300 per person must be present at the designated distribution center. To include college students, incarcerated, sick in the hospital, military, and those in treatment (must provide documentation). 17 for, 1 opposed, motion passed.
